Harry Potter and the Wonderful Spell

Chapter 1

Harry Potter was sitting on his bed at Number 4 Privet Drive. It was 11:59 on the eve of his seventeenth birthday. He watched the clock intently, knowing that the moment he turned seventeen, he would lose his mother's protection.

With a quiet beep, the clock turned to show 12:00. Harry looked around nervously, as if expecting to see Voldemort appear next to him. After assuring himself that everything was still okay, Harry began to take off his shoes in preparation for sleep. Suddenly, a crack rang out as two wizards apparated next to Harry's bed! Harry leapt up, ready for a fight, only to find that the two wizards were none other than Ron and Hermione, his best friends.

"Happy birthday, mate!" said Ron, grinning.

Hermione looked at Harry expectantly. "So, Harry… are we going to Godric's Hollow now?"

Harry nodded his head slowly. He had decided to postpone his investigation into how to defeat Voldemort until he turned seventeen. Harry stood up, and walked out of the room. The others followed him.

Chapter 2

Harry, Ron, and Hermione were standing in the middle of the street. Ron and Hermione were watching Harry, waiting for his approval to leave. However, Harry was showing no signs of wanting to leave. In fact, he looked to be deep in thought. Hermione and Ron watched him nervously until he looked up. His eyes were gleaming.

"I've just had a brilliant idea," he said, looking awestruck.

"Well, out with it," said Ron impatiently.

Harry was still wide-eyed. He looked from Ron to Hermione, and said, "Why don't we just summon the horcruxes?"

Hermione looked skeptical. "Would that work?" she asked Harry.

Ron watched Harry, his eyebrows raised. "I dunno, mate," he said thickly.

Harry looked at Hermione. "It can't hurt to try," he said, and, without further ado, he whipped out his wand and shouted, "Accio remaining horcruxes!"

At first nothing happened. However, after a moment, a whirring sound filled the air, and suddenly several objects came flying in from all directions. They all crashed into the ground in a heap. Harry pointed his wand at the horcruxes and said, "Accio thing that will destroy these horcruxes!"

After a moment, a gigantic statue with pearls for eyes crashed down beside the pile of horcruxes. The statue began to shake, and suddenly a beam of white light blasted down from the heavens, instantly destroying the horcruxes, which evaporated with a wisp of greenish smoke.

Chapter 3

Hermione and Ron gaped at Harry. "Blimey," said Ron, looking awestruck.

However, Harry wasn't finished. He raised his wand and cried out, "Accio Voldemort!"

After a moment, the Dark Lord himself was flung down onto the ground where the horcruxes had been. Quickly, before Voldemort could understand what was going on, Harry pointed his wand at Uncle Vernon's humongous SUV and shouted, "Accio SUV!" The vehicle immediately sped toward Harry, its tires squealing. Harry, Ron, and Hermione leapt out of the way, and the car came to a halt over Lord Voldemort. Its front tires had passed over the Dark Lord's head. Harry used the banishing charm to push the SUV back to where it belonged, and looked at the mangled, bloody body of the former most evil wizard in the world. He looked up at Ron and Hermione and said grimly, "Well, I guess we're out of excuses. We have to go to Hogwarts for the seventh year."

The End.
