A Youthful Purpose

Steven came walking up the entrance towards Sea World, and was searching for someone, as he began frantically looking around. He conversed with an attendant, who then pointed him towards right the direction, then he proceeded on his way. When he finally found the person who he was looking for, he then shouted at the top of his lungs,
"There you are!"
Startled, the man turned around and said, "Universe!? What are you doing here!?"
"You have to come back Mayor Dewey!" Steven cried out. "Please! The town needs you!"
"The new Mayor is not doing so well! He doesn't understand us like you do!"
But Bill Dewey just shook his head, and replied, "Sorry Universe, but the people of Beach City have already made their decision."
"They've spoken, and they no longer want me as their Mayor."
As Bill squatted down, and began to resume his work, he grabbed fish from a nearby bucket, then he threw them into the dolphin tank.
And while he was doing so, Steven continued his tirade…
"I'm ashamed of you Mayor Dewey!" He yelled. "You were our hope!"
"You were supposed to guide the city's youth into doing something positive with our lives!"
"Young people all over Beach City look up to you!"
Then as Bill was feeding the baby dolphins, he looked back at Steven, then finally said,
"Well some would say I'm still serving a youthful purpose…"
