Hah, first fanfic. Please review.
Your name is Eridan Ampora, and you really fucked up this time.
It seems like only yesterday you and Fef were the best of friends, but then you have to fuckin ruin it like the asshole you are. Did you really have to admit your feelings?
So here you are, biting your lip and looking into her beautiful, nearly pink eyes, and she scrunches her eyebrows at you.
"Uh," She whispers. "What did you just say?" She's acting like she never even suspected it.
"Well, Fef, I most obviously told you that I have a, well, a um, crush on you, heh..." You reach your hand behind you neck and glance away. That wasn't really the reaction you were hoping for...
"Eridan? You're well aware that I'm dating Sollux, correct?" Her gaze narrows a bit, because she knows as well as you do that you hate that guy.
"I was, uh, kinda hopin' that you might maybe dump him for me?" You try to meet her eyes again, but can't. This is getting more awkward by the minute. You have to do something. Quick. But what?
"Erifin," Her eyes soften as she uses her childhood nick name for you.
Ah hah! The perfect solution!
You quickly lean in and kiss her, full on the mouth. Something that you've been wanting to do since god knows when.
She freezes, her eyes wide, before reacting and kissing you back. She wraps her hands through her scarf and into your blonde hair. You pull back suddenly, your face nearly as red as hers.
"I- I'm so sorry Fef, I don't know what happene-"
You were cut off by her pulling you towards her by your scarf.
"Eridan, shut up."
This time, she leaned in.
