"We're leaving!"
"What?" Robin starred at Forrest, not quite understanding what the other man had just said.
"Hanton and I. We're leaving."
"But why? I thought we'd agreed to join forces."
"Exactly." Hanton, who'd joined them, said. "We decided to fight injustice instead of just ignoring everyone else. Well, Forrest and I have been talking. Injustice is everywhere. We're gonna go fight somewhere else. Get others to join our cause."
For a moment Robin considered the other man's words; he was right, it seemed like the trouble was in all of England, not just Nottingham.
"What about John and Roy?" He couldn't help asking, for some reason he'd grown rather fond of the large man.
"They're staying." Forrest replied. "They said you'd need someone who knows the forest. And to be honest; I don't think they want to get too far away from their families."
"And you? What about your wife?"
"She's still young. She can find someone else."
When it was time for them to leave everyone gathered up to say farewell, agreeing to try and keep in contact despite the fact that it would probably be difficult, and wishing their two friends luck.
'Maybe' Robin couldn't help thinking, 'one day all outlaws will not be dead men any more but united in the fight against injustice.'
