Ino didn't know how did she get here. The last what she remembered was her mission. Yamanaka was running through the forest, then - the cutting pain, darkness, this room. The leg was exactly dislocated, and her shoulder was very sore. The wound on the forehead interrupted her possibility to look around, pouring all the face with blood, but Ino didn't pay her attention to it. Because now all of it have no meaning. Yamanaka was feverishly cuddling to the beloved person, suffocating of tears. Ino was the head of Interrogation Department of the Hidden Leaf and Naruto trusted her the most important missions. And she let him down.
"I'm here," Naruto said calmingly and stroking her head, "everything's fine now, Ino."
"Forgive me," the girl's voice was trembling treacherously and it made her whisper, "I let you down."
Naruto slightly removed from her, taking Ino's shoulders, and looked with a unapproving sight:
"Not at all," and then he smiled with his brand smile. For this smile Ino fell in love with him once upon a time. Now she even doesn't remember when did it happen. Looking at this smile you begin to believe that all isn't so bad. And unwittingly you start to smile too.
"I love you," Ino whispered, cuddling to her Hokage as tightly as she could.
"I know."
