Thunder.
I was no where even close to being home, and I had no money left for a cab.
I brushed it off, and continued to walk with the grocery bags in my arms.
Another, louder, thunder.
I dropped the bags and ran for cover in the rain. I had no idea where I was going, and I didn't care, as long as I wasn't getting wet.
I found a small shed-like structure, and ran inside. There were a few chair, and a table. I duck under the table and put my arms over my head.
'I run and run a thousand miles, and I am barely breathing-'
Why is my cell phone ringing, now? I reached in my pocket for it.
TAMAKI is what it read across the screen.
Another thunder.
Tears started building up in my eyes, and one rolled down my face. I flipped open my phone and pressed talk.
"H-H-Hello..?"
"Haruhi! …What's wrong?"
"I-I'm o-okay.. I-"
"Don't tell me you're still afraid of thunder, are you?"
A bright flash came from outside. A loud boom echoed. I gasped loudly.
"I'm coming to find you. Do you have any idea where you are?"
"I-I think I'm around the s-supermarket. I-if you see dropped grocery bags somewhere, I-I'm t-t-there." I gasped again, trying to catch my breath.
Tamaki ended the call. I assumed he was on his way.
I plugged my ears to muffle the sound of everything.
The door of the shed I was in burst open. The next thing I knew, I was being held by Tamaki. I cried even harder, not knowing why.
He whispered in my ear, "It's alright, you'll be fine. I'm here to protect you." He interlocked his fingers into mine.
I rested my head on his shoulder, and I guess I fell asleep.
I woke up when the storm was over, and he was still there.
"Y-You stayed with me..?"
"Of course I did.. I wouldn't leave someone terrified of thunderstorms alone in one, even if they were sleeping through it." He nodded and smiled.
We stood up, and I looked into his eyes. He started blushing, then squirmed.
"Oooh! You're so cute when you sleep!"
I laughed quietly. "You're so weird, Tamaki."
We walked out of the shed, and knowing Tamaki, he HAD to bring his limo.
With a heavy sigh, and an obvious sign of reluctance, I got in. He had the chauffeur drive me to my apartment to get my uniform. I guess we were going to the school?
Odd.
It was Saturday.
I got out of the limo, and ran up the stairs and quickly got my uniform. When I got back to the limo, it seemed like it sped off to Ouran High.
Before we walked into music room 3, I grabbed onto Tamaki's sleeve.
"Tamaki-Senpai.. I-I have something to tell you."
"Huh?" He looked down at me with a confused look on his face. "What is it?"
"I-.. I'm in love with you.."
He kissed my forehead, and I turned bright red.
"This may be obvious, but I'm in love with you too.
He winked at me and nodded his head.
"Come on, we better get in before they get suspicious." He smiled at me and opened the door.
