#05 Breakfast:
Goku seems like the kind of person who would stay around after sex. Sanzo knows this from experience. After an intense night of passion, lost in the throes of obsessive clawing and loud, throaty moans, Goku would always be there, curled up against Sanzo's bare chest, head always tucked neatly under his chin.
Goku is always there in the morning. But Sanzo attributes that to the necessities of their journey, to the fact that Goku has nowhere to go and this was the place he felt most… content.
He considers that if Goku had the chance to freely leave, then his affectionate side may just prompt him to stay there after all the 'lovemaking' was over. But Sanzo also considers that free-roaming spirit, which may just force him to wander away and forget about the man from the previous night.
But his decision is made when he awakes in the morning, alone and half naked. When he moves downstairs, with a cigarette in his mouth and a newspaper tucked under his arm and spots Goku sitting at the table, stuffing his face with bacon and eggs, he knows that Goku will always be there in the morning.
As long as there's a full breakfast waiting for him.
