After Flame Princess left after that she knew what Finn did during the events of Frost and Fire Finn went back to his treehouse to think what he'd done.

"Finn Finn! I saw what happened at the Ice Kingdom did you get the dream?, was the Cosmic Owl there tell me everything!"Jake asked.

But Finn didn't respond then Jake saw something wasn't right with his bro.

"Finn is something wrong?"

Finn still didn't respond.

"You didn't get the dream did you"

then finally Finn snapped at Jake.

"Yes Jake I got the dream okay! the Cosmic Owl was there Flame Princess was there and the Cosmic Owl said I blew it there are you happy now Jake are you happy!?"

Then Jake just stood there.

"I'm sorry Jake is just thanks to my plan Flame Princess dumped me because the letter I sent her was only stuff I would know I betrayed her...I blew it man"then Jake respond"whoa I'm sorry I asked Finn I didn't know do you want me to get anything you want some tea?"

"No I'm okay I just need to think about what I've done "

then Jake asked.

"Ask if you need anything okay bro"

Finn responded.

"Yea okay"

Later that night Finn goes up the boat balcony on top of his house to recap the incident that he caused.

"I said I was sorry"

Still feeling sad he thought of something else something optimistic.

"Hey this could give me another chance with PB and find love it's perfect!"

As soon as Finn went down stairs then in the sky he saw a fireball heading towards a forest crashing.

"was that a meteorite I gotta check this out but I can't wake up Jake or Beemo "

then Finn sneaks out of the treehouse to go investigate the crash site at the forest.

Then at the Candy Kingdom Princess Bubblegum who was also awake also noticed the fireball and grabs equipment to also investigate the phenomenon.

"SKREE"

The princess calls her Morrow to take her into the crash site ,before Princess Bubblegum could investigate Finn already makes his way to the crash site then is astonished what he finds.

"oh my glob!"

a spaceship then finds a humanoid alien bleeding to death who was wearing a uniform that was green and black and the gloves and boots were white, he was also wearing a ring that goes to the alien to help him.

"No it's okay my time has come"said the alien

"you speak English?"Finn asked

"No it's the ring"

then the ring floats off the aliens finger.

"it has chosen you take it"

as Finn tries to catch it the ring puts itself in Finn's finger then transforming him giving him the same uniform that the alien was wearing except he has a mask to cover his eyes the alien sees that he is transformed.

"you are now a Green Lantern one of the protecters of the universe the Guardians will send for you...use...the ring...wisely"

the alien dies with that being his last words then suddenly the remains of the alien ship explodes with Finn caught in the middle of the explosion, Princess Bubblegum who also notices the explosion goes down to investigate,later after it cleared up Finn appeared to be okay thanks to the ring that gave him the power to protect himself to shield his entire body to protect him from the explosion.

"Whoa, I can get to used to this"
