Olivia tossed and turned in her sleep. How could my brother be a rapist? How could Elliot's job and mine were on the line? I don't know what I would do if we were fired. That job is my life. Elliot is my life… her train of thoughts was distracted by a knock on her front door. She got up and opened it. It was Elliot.

When I see your smile,

the tears roll down my face,

I can't replace.

"I thought you might like the company. I have pizza and beer too." Elliot laughed as Olivia let him inside. Hours later, they were laughing and drinking. It was just like old times. Both of them needed it.

"So, uh… are you ok? I mean what happened today seems heavy." Elliot said as he adjusted himself up.

And now that I'm strong,

"Yea, I'm just trying to take everything in, you know." Elliot nodded. "I'm worried that we might lose out jobs. I mean Special Victims is my life. You are my…" Olivia put her hands to her mouth but Elliot already knew what she was going to say.

"You are my life too and I couldn't bear to lose you." Elliot was finally man enough to say what he was truly thinking.

"I…I don't know what to say." Olivia finally stuttered after a long silence.

"Liv, honey, don't cry please. I hate to see you cry." He then got closer to her, that personal space was gone. Then he did something he thought he would never have a chance to do, he kissed her. Their lips were on fire and fireworks exploded everywhere in their minds. This was the kiss. This was the kiss that they have been waiting for all their lives. Their first kiss was perfect.

After finally breaking away form the kiss, they both knew nothing would be the same again.
