Prologue
Kahoko's P. o. v.:
The distant voices were still clinging in my ears. The pain the fire has given me was still hurting. I knew I was panting. I could hear my foot steps and my heavy breathing above all things, the fearsome gush of the wind and the snapping twigs. I also knew I was crying but I never knew what the cause was. All I know is...I really need to get out of here.
Flashback:
"run sister...run" A nymph with a blonde hair came rushing in to a big dim lighted room. A red headed girl came out of bed with a frightened look on her face. She run to the blonde's side. They quickly embrace each other.
"nii-san..." kahoko, the red headed girl said in a trembling voice. The blonde look up. Her face was stained with scarlet fluid. her clothes torn and it's edges burned. " take the tunnel and go..." the blonde said gently caressing her hair. Kahoko cried.
"No...I don't want to go without you..." tears pooled in her golden eyes that eventually fall one after another. The blonde clutched her sister's hand. "be brave...your 18 now, you're not a cry baby anymore..." she gave off a fake and bitter chuckle. "but..."
"go on...promise me you'll live...promise me..." the blonde raised her arms as a sign of promise. still crying, kahoko did the same and tried to smile.
"I promise..." she said and quickly run away...

I kneeled down. I couldn't remember anything. I don't know the house, I don't know why I feel like grieving over someone's death. I can't remember anything. I only remember one thing. I promise someone to live...I should continue living for that person...I should. I pulled myself up and continue to walk The street was nearby. I could clearly hear screeching tires and rusty engined. I'm safe...
Len's P.O.V:
i sighed and laid back comfortably on the car's seat. the violin lessons with Ousaki-senpai was tough today though I'm already used to it. i gave off another sigh as i averted my gaze out of the car's window. i stared at it blankly as a single image of a beautiful nymph formed in my sight. her face was bright, sweet and beautiful. her voice was like music and her smile was silver-toned and honeyed like. she was the nymph i was entitled to guard. she was my girlfriend and i miss her a lot. the nymph council has given her a lot of mission lately on top of it, he was not the guardian to accompany her. it's almost a month since she was gone...
i had miss her...the scent of her blonde hair and her soft palm that i used to hold...i do miss her a lot...
Normal P.O.V
A loud screech of tires resounded in the road.
"what happened Dane?" Len asked with a furrowed brows. The driver look back on him, with frightened emerald eyes. " I...I...bumped on a lady...sir" his voice was trembling as well as his shoulders shaking.
Len quickly got out of the car. Dane was right. they bump on to a lady. Yet she was not injured or anything...her skirt was stained with dry blood and a part of it was burn...they did not bump on her...she fainted. He rushed in to her side, checking her pulse. She was breathing." hang on" he whispered on her ear.
" a-arigato..." the red headed lady mumbled and gave him a smile.
