1After Sasuke had gone, Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi looked for him. Everyone had given up. They didn't want to bring him back anyway. Who would want a traitor living in the same village as you anyway? Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi knew that the chances were slim, but they still hoped that maybe he would come back to them.

They couldn't stop hoping, they couldn't stop hoping.

Sakura knew that it was foolish, but she still knew she loved him. Her past two years, her training with Tsunade was hard. No, it was beyond hard, it was life threatening. There were many times she was almost hospitalized from overexertion. When people asked why she decided to be a medical nin, she told them it had been her lifelong dream. She doesn't want to admit it, but she became one for Sasuke.

She couldn't stop loving, she couldn't stop loving.

Kakashi knew that it wasn't his fault that Sasuke turned out the way he did. Maybe it was because of the similarities between him and Sasuke that he always felt more protective toward him. Maybe he could have done this or not have not done that. Maybe he could have made him stay. It always came back to haunt him.

He couldn't stop regretting, he couldn't stop regretting.

Ever since Sasuke left, Naruto would stay up late every night. He would lie on the roof of his apartment building and stare at the stars. Every night, he would make the same wish. He wished for Sasuke to come back. If Sasuke came back, maybe Sakura would smile more, maybe Kakashi would brood less, and maybe, just maybe, he would be able to forgive himself.

He couldn't stop wishing, he couldn't stop wishing.

They all wanted to bring him back, but no one would admit it. Finally after meaningless years of waiting, they made a silent agreement to do look for Sasuke because they all believed that maybe under his mask of arrogance and hatred, there would be the Sasuke that they first met.

They couldn't stop believing, they couldn't stop believing.

Finally after months and months of looking for him, they had found him. Sasuke looked like a boy who was forced to become a man too soon. His eyes were dull and they were not able to reach him. They begged and pleaded with him to go home but all he only told them was to get out of his way.

They couldn't stop weeping, they couldn't stop weeping.

They knew that they had to bring them home, so they decided to beat him into submission. It sounded like a very good plan at the time. What they didn't know was that Sasuke had learned many new jutsus from Orochimaru. Not even Kakashi could meet to the power of these new forbidden jutsus.

They couldn't stop bleeding, they couldn't stop bleeding.

And then the tables turned. Naruto was lent the power and chakara of the nine-tailed fox. Soon, Sasuke was beaten unconscious by Naruto.

" I should just kill him, huh?" Naruto asked.

" Yeah you really should," replied Sakura.

Then, Kakashi smiled because he knew that they would never kill Sasuke. He knew that they were just as relieved as he was. No matter what happened, they were sure to bring him home in the end.

They couldn't stop forgiving, they couldn't stop forgiving.
