When Sam got back to the hotel after the food run (and not-so-patiently waiting for the waitress Dean had brought back to leave), he was pleased the waitress' truck was nowhere in sight.
With a bag of fast food and salad under his arm, Sam unlocked the brothers' second story room and slipped inside, setting the food down quietly. The room was empty.
"Dean?"
"Uh, out here Sammy," Dean called from the balcony.
Sam stopped when he caught sight of his brother. Who was handcuffed by both hands to the balcony rails in only his boxers.
"Have fun?" Sam asked.
