It had been four months, and the Titans had adjusted to having a sixth team member quite well. His room was decorated entirely in white, and the floors a light grey. Starfire had been trying for months to get Zero's hair to stay in a somewhat tidy manner, however the unruly mass refused to comply. Clark had gotten used to his new name rather quickly, not only that but he finally felt as if he belonged somewhere. So there the white haired teenager sat, in between a very annoyed changeling, and a very excited Cyborg. The two were rapidly mashing the buttons on their black game controllers, on the screen were two ninjas. One was dressed in black and wielding a pair of sai, and the other was dressed in green and held nothing. Though since it was only a game, Zero hardly expected the weapons to be for anything other than decoration.
"No fair, dude!" the green teenager whined as the green ninja fell to the ground, and the words "K.O." appeared on the screen.
"Booyah!" the cybernetic teen next to him said in triumph. He jumped off of the couch, making the wiry Clark jump in the process. BeastBoy looked up in frustration with a frown, then he demanded a rematch. During the bickering, Starfire hovered into the room.
"Good morning, friends!" she cheered as she approached the couch where the three boys were perched.
BeastBoy and Cyborg continued to argue, as the Tamaranean looked on confused. Clark flipped himself over the back of the sofa, landing in front of her.
"Morning, Star." He told her with a smile, before heading towards the fridge. He asked where their leader was, her reply being that he was training. He laughed "Go figure."
Clark leaned against the counter as he chugged down a bottle of water, he heard the doors swish open again and glanced out of the corner of his eyes towards the noise. He could tell who it was instantly, no one else could walk across the floor and hardly make a single noise.
"Mornin', Raven." He said after swallowing a particularly large gulp of water, she answered with a barely noticeable nod of her head. She headed by him, heading for her kettle. She reached for the handle, before pausing, noticing that the object was already heated. She raised an eyebrow turning towards a smirking Zero.
"You're welcome." He laughed, grinning just wide enough for his chipped tooth to show. It had always been that way, ever since he tripped down the stairs of his old home as a kid. Raven shifted her attention back to her kettle, proceeding to pour the hot liquid into a small mug. Zero walked over to her, reached above her head and retrieved the box of her teabags.
"Here ya go." He said dropping into the palm of her hand.
"Thank you" she said, Clark nodded and went back to the couch.
BeastBoy and Cyborg had finally stopped, arguing.
