I wake up and look at my alarm clock, its 3:00 am. I haven't been able to sleep that well for along time. My mom wont be up for another 3 hours to wake me up for school. I tiptoe my way downstairs and I start watching t.v. The girly cow show is on... Sam loved that show. Shes gone, she just disappeared one day without telling anyone, was she kidnapped? Did she leave on her own? What ever she did left me heart broken.

its around 7:00 o'clock Carly knocks on my door seeing if Im ready to go to school. Me and Carls have gotten a lot closer since Sam disappeared.
"come in" I yell
the door opens
"whats going on Freddie" Carly ask
" do you think we will ever see Sam again
she scowls at me.
" I dont know"
I could hear it in her voice that she was sad, she hated it when I brought up Sam. So I grab my keys and leave, she follows.

the car ride was silents until we pull in to the driveway of are school.
"do you want to go to Jake's party this Saturday with me? Carly ask
" I dont know Carly" I responded
"PLEASEEEEE" she begs in her whiny voice.
I chuckle and say "fine as friends though right"
she takes awhile to respond and replies "yeah as friends"
ever since Sam has disappeared Carly has been getting close to me, like really close. I love Sam but its been almost a year since she left, I guess I should move on but not with Carly for understandable reasons, shes Sam's best friend I just couldn't do it.

schools over I head home and I lay on my bed
"fuck" I said after looking at all the homework I had
just then my phone vibrated it was a text from Carly it read "want to do the history homework together."
I reply "yeah"
I go over there and I just walk in.
"Carly ?" I yell
"come up stairs" I hear he yell
as I enter her room I see her there wearing a really tight t-shirt and jeans.
"you look good" I say with a smirk
"yeah do you like it" she says
"yeah I do" I reply.
What was I thinking, I cant think of her that way, shes not making it any easier for me. Its just that im not over Sam yet.

at the end of our homework session I tell her Im going to head out. She walks me to the door than she wraps her arms around me and leans in. I dont stop her, she kisses me and I kissed her back. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME? I pull away after a short time
" I got to go" I say nervously
" Freddie wait" I ignore her as I leave her house an go to mine.
