As usual I was getting bored of sitting in my study and doing paperwork. I had spent several minutes contemplating what to do instead, and came to the conclusion that going for a walk around the manor would be ,my best option. At that moment, I had no idea how wrong I would be.

I put the paperwork I had already completed to one end of my desk, and the larger pile I still had to look at on the other. I promptly stood and left my study. Not bothering to contemplate where in the manor I was going, I just strolled wherever there was less noise.

Eventually I froze, finding myself in a hallway I did not recall. My eyes widened when I heard scratching from inside the room I was standing in front of. I knew very well that I probably should not open the door, but curiosity got the best of me. I shrugged to myself. Honestly, the worst thing that could have happened was that someone threatened to kill me, Sebastian then promptly saves me, and I have an excuse as to why my work is not completed. I would set up something like the above scenario to get out of doing paperwork, but that handsome devil Sebastian- WAIT! Who wrote that!? Who DARES to write something like that in my, uh, journal. Right, it-it's a journal… As I was saying before, that handsome- STOP IT- that dog, Sebastian, would figure out I was up to something before I could go through with my plan.

Slowly and quietly I opened the door to the obviously peculiar room. Upon hearing quiet mewling I first thought I was interrupting something. Suddenly, I heard a loud "meow," so I opened the door wider. To my horror, I was now surrounded by cats. There were black, white, calico, tabby, every kind of cat imaginable. Undoubtedly, this mess was of Sebastian's doing, since he has such an unhealthy obsession with felines.

To my extreme shock, a small, white cat began to rub against my pant-leg, purring. I fainted.
