Naruto was getting ready for his first day at Konoha High School. This was the year that he would ask out Ms. Sakura Haruno. That is, unless that Sasuke Uchiha kid shows up and ruins his plans again. after Naruto ate a cup of Ichiraku's instant ramen he headed out to school. On his way there he met up with Shikamaru, Choji, and Kiba who had his new dog Akamaru.
"Hey Kiba, you do know that they don't allow animals at school," Naruto commented. "Morning Shikamaru. Choji."
"Well obviously they do if you're going," retorted Kiba and reached down to pat Akamaru's head. "Anyways Akamaru isn't going he was just seeing me off to school."
"Whatever," was all Naruto said.
"Are you guys going to do this every morning?" asked Choji.
"You guys are such a drag," Shikamaru said lagging a few steps behind.
"Hey Naruto what are you doing here middle school started like 30 minutes ago" Kiba asked
"Um... Hello do you not see the uniform?" Naruto asked motioning to his entire body. It was true that the uniforms between middle and high were similar but high school had a cap with a leaf the symbol of the school.
After they got to school everyone went their separate ways to go find their homerooms and get their classes. While Naruto was checking his class list, not watching where he was going, he walked right into Hinata Hyuga who was with her cousin Neji.
"NARUTO! WHY CAN'T YOU WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!" shouted Neji. "YOU INCOMPETENT FOOL!"
"LOOK I'M SORRY!" Naruto responded just as angry. "Here Hinata let me help you up," Naruto said, reaching down to help her up.
"T-t-thank you N-naruto," blushing Hinata stuttered as she reached up to take Naruto's hand.
Neji only huffed and walked forward a couple steps before turning and saying "Hinata, I've shown you where your classes are. I trust you can go about the day without getting lost?"
"Yeah, I think that I can," Hinata said almost questioning herself on whether or not it was a true statement.
"Don't worry Hinata, I'll help you if you want." said Naruto.
"T-thank you N-naruto," Hinata said blushing.
"Only one problem," Naruto commented.
"And what would that be?' Neji asked.
"I don't know where anything is," Naruto said which made Neji laugh so hard that he held his stomach. "SHUT UP, NEJI!" Naruto shouted throwing a punch
"And people say I have anger problems," Kiba said walking up from behind as the first bell rang. "Ok, you guys lets get to class Naruto. Hinata. Follow me. We'll be seeing you around, Neji."
