Forbidden Feelings
A/N: this is my first fanfic story so please go easy on me. :)
Set during: a date with danger
Chapter 1- First Sight
The first thing she saw were trees. It took her a moment to recall the events that took place that morning.'My own monster attacked me! Oh, he is gonna get it. But wait? Where am I?'. Only then did she notice the silver ranger. She glanced at her staff and then looked back at the ranger and noticed that he wasn't wearing his helmet.
She saw him coming toward her and quickly closed her eyes and laid back down. She could hear his footsteps coming closer and slowly felt a damp piece of cloth on her forehead. Surprised, she bolted up and moved away.
"What do you think you're doing?" she said glaring at him.
He looked at her for a while and just handed her a cup saying "Here try this, it's good for you."
Hesitantly she took it and put it to her lips. "Yuck!" she saw him take back and mutter something on the way back to the fire. Getting up she took her staff and pointed it on his helmet less head. "I could destroy you right now, you know that don't you?"
He slowly turned his head towards her. "You could, but I don't think you will." When he said that something in her believed him. He took her staff and she saw him put something white at the tip of it and hold it near the fire.
"Just what do you think you're doing." she snatched it away.
"It's called toasting marshmallows."
She hesitated but soon took a bite. The minute she ate it, her mouth was filled with sweetness. It was something she had never had before but it was delightful.
"It's good huh?"
She couldn't help but let out a little giggle at the moment. But soon after her face hardened. And she threw the marshmallow on the ground and held her staff, pointing it at him again.
"We're enemies now and forever." he seemed visibly hurt my that and she couldn't help but wonder why. Her face softened a little and she held the staff to her side and gave him a smile. "Thanks for saving me." with that she teleported out in purple sparkle. But before she completely vanished, she heard him call after her.
