The Park

"You will not be able to defeat me next time", repeated the voice again and again in Dinah Hunter's head.
When will the demon headmaster return? That was all she could think of...
"Well it's unlikely to be today, so I might as well go and take Cookie on a walk".
She put on her jeans and rainbow top and ran downstairs for some breakfast, she had a nice, warm bowl of porridge, and then ran straight out the back door, woke up Cookie and put her lead on and then they headed for the park.
Everything was as normal as usual until Dinah and her puppy, Cookie, realised that the park was empty and the slides and the swings were all gone and all you could see was a few patches of grass. Dinah wondered what had happened to the ruined park. Could it be anything to do with the Demon Headmaster?
After Cookie had a little run around in the empty park, she ran home to tell her brothers all about the strangeness in the park...
When she arrived she saw that her mum was cleaning the house and dad was busy gardening, and was rather glad to see so as they would now not notice that she had come back extremely earlier than normal.
She ran to her brothers, Lloyd and Harvey, and said, "Harvey…Lloyd…guess what…you know the park nearby…well it's been ruined and there is nothing left except for a bit of mud and grass!"
"What on earth Dinah … are you sure this isn't some of your wild imagination or a JOKE?" said Lloyd curiously.
"Ermm…
Lloyd… Why do you think I'd make a joke
about something quite serious?"
"Do you not trust me?"
"If
you need proof you can come and see for yourself", said Dinah upset
about the fact that her own brother didn't believe her.
"Yes of course we do, Dinah", said Harvey quickly before Lloyd said something hurtful once again.
"Well, do you want to see it then or not, come on, quick", she shouted.
And the three of them set off not knowing what was waiting for them…
