Just a Boy
A boy just fourteen on the edge of death, swallows his pride for another hit. Pressure builds, he can't stand much longer, but he's the only one who can make it right. He can't see through this, too much pressure drowning in his veins. He can't break down, so instead he comes unglued. He tries to breath memories that are overtaking his mind, he tries to face them, but the thought, the pain, the loss of the only one he fully trusted is too much for the fragile boy to handle. He questions his pride, he steps back, he breaths the hot air, then he comes back to reality to face his demon, if only he knew.
Authors Note: This short story is about Gohan when he is defeating Cell, it's right after Goku sacrifices himself. I feel that this is one of the most saddest times for Gohan, hope you liked it. ~Thanks! GohansGirl357
