Fairytale Dreams

It was a normal day for tennis practice at Hyoutei, except for maybe the fact that Atobe and Kabaji weren't there. "Off on important business." as his cell phone's answering machine had said when they'd all tried calling him. Of course, as always when Atobe was gone, running the club was left to Oshitari since he was the only third year that their silver-haired captain believed was sane enough to handle the club in his absense.

This left everything to him. Practice planning, making sure everybody was there on time, checking on the matches between various regulars... And keeping track of Jiroh, making sure he didn't accidentally get left behind somewhere for a few days (as had happened quite a few times).

The bespectacled tensai walked over to Jiroh's usual spot on the bleachers and was surprised to actually find him awake, staring off somewhere into the distance.

"Oi, Jiroh, what're you doing? You're supposed to be playing practice matches against some second years right now."

"Mm?" The blonde-haired boy snapped out of his trance-like state and glanced at Oshitari. "Nothin', Oshi-kun. Just day dreamin' that I was sleeping beauty and you were the prince who came an' saved me."

"Oh, I suppose those matches can wait then, can't they?"

"Mm-hm..." Jiroh looked back to some random point in the sky, a glazed look coming over his eyes.

Oshitari simply walked away with a smirk on his face. He'd ponder about Jiroh possibly having gender issues some other point in time, since every time Oshitari happened to be the one to wake him up the dreams he'd been having always involved him as some various Disney princess, and Oshitari as his prince. Although, that, like the practice matches, could wait.

CP: Well, boredom is a magnificant thing. It spurred me to do this and procrastinate on my summer homework. Yay for procrastination! This wasn't very crack-ful, but the idea came from one from a crack generator, so... It's still somewhat considered crack. Like always, I ask you to review!
