"This is all your fault, Yuri! You cheated!"
"Of course it is," the Russian Digidestined replied coolly, folding his arms and smirking. "Everything since the dawn of time as we know it is my fault."
Daisuke nodded victoriously. "Yeah!"
Veemon looked over, concerned. Yuri never agreed to anything Daisuke said, ever. But as he watched the two bicker back and forth, perched on opposite ends of Daisuke's bed, he realized it was too late. Really, it'd been too late when the two started playing Candy Land. At that point they were bored beyond help. Now, what could one Veemon do but sit back and watch?
Yuri sighed. "The meteor that took out the dinosaurs. The tidal wave that took out half of Sri Lanka. Hurricane Katrina. All my fault."
"Totally!" Daisuke cheered.
"You caught me, Dai, I cheated. I couldn't possibly compete with your magnificent strategic skills at this complex game."
Daisuke grinned in what he hoped was a sheepish way and rubbed the back of his neck. "Well, you know, I had a lot of practice."
"Your pure red eyes sought out my cheating ways before I could stand a chance…."
"Isn't it great?"
Yuri sighed and moved closer to Daisuke. "Your flaming hair was so distracting I couldn't hope to win. It's so beautiful and shiny.'
Daisuke ran a hand through his hair and grinned, "My mom always said it was my best quality!"
Yuri moved closer, placed a hand on Daisuke's knee, and leaned in until his breath warmed the other boy's cheek. At this point the leader of the Japanese Chosen realized something was wrong.
"You're so beautiful, it's not fair to have anyone play against you," Yuri crooned, making Daisuke's eyes widen. "I had to cheat just to keep up with such a smart, wonderful, stunning opponent-" at this point, he placed a hand on the redhead's cheek and turned his head towards him. "Do you forgive me, Daisuke-san?"
"Y-yeah, okay." Daisuke's cheeks were red. Yuri smirked evilly, a strand of his blonde hair falling into his eyes.
"Good. Now let's kiss and make up."
"What?!"
