Okay so this story may be kind of weird. It's going to have multiple POVs of our lovely characters Katniss, Peeta, Johanna, Gale, Annie, and Finnick and a mystery character. Who will be labeled as "Unknown POV". Now one of the characters previously mentioned is the mystery person. This person is a stalker might turn murderer. So when this person is talking/having inner monologue the person/people they are referring to might just be kept to pronouns: he, she, him, her or not identified at all. So it's not obvious who this person is infatuated with. However, physical descriptions will make it easier Katniss has grey eyes, Peeta has blue, Finnick has bronze hair, etc, etc.
Now obviously by the mannerism people speak/think and how I write you may be able to tell who the person is right away, but whatever. This also means characters could be out of character. I'll try to keep it close as possible but none of these characters are a stalker in the books/films.
I've only written about Finnick and Annie before even when I'm just writing fanfiction for myself so this will be new territory. Some chapters will have all the characters POV while others just one or two characters. This chapter is just the POV of the mystery character. Also this chapter won't be very long sorry.
Also I got this idea by the show YOU
Unknown POV
The start of a new semester. The start of the new year. Watching everyone bustling on the campus square seems exciting. It would be if I was still a freshmen. Being a sophomore makes certain things less exciting and some things more predictable, but not you. Last year I was so disappointed that I didn't get into my dream college. The college I was working to get into my whole life. However that changed when I saw you. Your voice sounded like angels speaking. You will always be exciting and new. You many not remember me from our English Lit class last semester. We only had a brief conversation, but I remember you. I know you will within the coming weeks. I made sure to have at least one class with you. It is amazing to me that they post the class roster online. It makes people so much easier to find. It's how I found you. I had to do it though to make sure you would see me, notice me because in the end it is going to be me and you.
I believe in love at first sight. You may not, but I will just have to show you that it can be. I will make you see it and we will be together forever. Nothing will get in the way of us. I promise that to you.
Summer break seemed to be almost impossible without seeing you. Three whole months of just following you online. You set all your online profiles to public so I know you want people to see you. I know you want me to see you. You enjoyed spending lots of your days on the beach. I could tell you liked sailing the best. You enjoyed outdoor adventures with your friends. I like being outdoors as well. I imagined us together and how wonderful it would be. I saw that you took a baking class. Oh how to taste the things you made. The pictures you posted showed mostly fails, but I would've eaten every bite. You are perfect. Your friends can't see it, but I can.
Some of your friends are undeserving of your presence, but I'll make sure to fix that when I run into you. Some of those friends can be replaced or more ideal gotten rid of completely. However, that will happen slowly overtime. I don't want to seem too pushy.
"Hello."
I flinch.
A flier is pushed in my hands. It is colorful with the school colors; blue and gold.
"The welcome back blast off is tonight. There's lots of free food and games." They walk off to give more flyers to people.
I sigh and watch the person walk away. They have a lovely walk.
I look back down at the flier and crumple it. I would never go to something so simplistic, but from your history on social media you enjoy school events. I'm sure I will be able to find you. I have been waiting to see you all summer. The blast off will be the perfect excuse to see you, but let's get real I don't need an excuse to see you.
