I'm going to attempt a Jacob song fic...

I lay on my bed, thinking about Bella. Edward's Bella. She was no longer the Bella I put back together all those months go, she wasn't my Bella anymore.

All because that leech came back and ruined it. Well, now they were getting married and I have to live my life until I imprint – if I even do. Too bad I didn't get killed by one of those newborns.

I sighed and turned on my iPod, putting it on Shuffle. I groaned when the song 'My Never' came on from Blue October. Another thing to remind me of Bella.

Will you think of me in time
It's never my luck
So never mind
I wanna say your name
But the pain starts again
It's never my luck
So never mind

I had a dream that you were with me
It wasn't my fault
You rolled me over, flipped me over the somersault
and that doesn't happen to me.
I've never been here before
I saw forever in my never
and I stood outside her heaven

Will you wait for me in time
It's never my luck
So I'll say never mind
and I've lost a lot of what I don't expect to ever return
I tend to push them till the pushing gone from hurting to burn
I always take them to that place I thought they wanted to go
then end up dancing round
this clown commands applause at his show

I had a dream that you were with me
and it wasn't my fault
You rolled me over, flipped me over like a somersault
and that doesn't happen to me
I've never been here before
I saw forever in my never
and I stood outside her heaven
Her heaven
Inside her heaven
her heaven

And I can only dream of you in sleep
and I never see sunlight again
I can try to be with you but somehow I'll end up just losing a friend.
And I can only reach for you
relate to you
I'm losing my friend
Where did she go
Where

I had a dream that you were with me
It wasn't my fault.
You rolled me over, flipped me over a somersault
And that doesn't happen to me
I've never been here before
but I saw forever in my never
and I stood outside her heaven
stood outside her heaven
stood outside her heaven
Which led me into your heaven

I turned off my iPod when I heard Billy call my name. I trudged out to the living room and into the kitchen.

"You have mail, Jake." he handed me an expensive looking envelope and I slid my finger under in one swift motion.

Two pieces of paper fell out. One and invitation to their wedding and the other was a small sheet of ivory paper with my name handwritten.

It was a note from the bloodsucker:

Jacob,

I'm breaking all the rules by sending you this. She was afraid of hurting you, and she didn't want to make you feel obligated in anyway. But I know that if things had gone the other way, I would have wanted the choice.

I promise I will take care of her, Jacob. Thank you – for her – for everything.

Edward (pg. 627 – Eclipse)

I dropped the fancy paper on the ground and ran. I heard Billy shout something about one table, but I was too upset to actually listen. Once in the forest I morphed and ignored the voices in my head, all the way to Canada.
