Leroy Jethro Gibbs is sitting in the den. He and his wife Jenny are finishing up some paper work while their 9 year old daughter, Annabelle, dances to the music playing in the background, twirling in circles in her Cinderella nightgown.

She's
pulling at me saying "Dad I need you!
There's a ball at the
castle and I've been invited and I need to practice my dancin'"
"Oh
please, daddy, please!"
So I will dance with
Cinderella

Gibbs smiled down at the little girl standing on his feet as the danced around the room. He knew that one day all to soon he would have to scare off boys left and right.

nice guy and I'd be impressed
She wants to know if I approve of
the dress
She says "Dad, the prom is just one week away,

I need to practice my dancin'"

At the dinner table one night his little girl, now not so little, was telling her mom all about how one of the boys she liked had asked her to prom. The next evening Jenny took her daughter out to buy a dress. Gibbs was sitting in the living room when he heard her call out for him. He went up to her room to find her standing next to the radio in a deep purple gown asking him to help her practice her dancing.

Gibbs couldn't beleive how fast his baby girl had grown up when she came home and told him she was engaged. The smile on her face made the heart-ache of losing her all worth it as she asked him to dance with her once again.
