Based on the film 'Amadeus' which was about a man who was a composer and had always wanted to meet Mozart, a famous composer, when he did, jealousy slowly took over him and he soon started plotting against Mozart.
Disclaimer: I own nothing.
Chapter 1: Charles Williams.
The name Harry Potter had always been known to Charles Williams and the rest of the magical world. There wasn't a single person alive who hadn't heard about Harry Potter. At the age of 17, Harry Potter had defeated Lord Vordemort. Now at the age of 20 he was an international quidditch player.
Charles Williams had always longed to meet Harry but maybe it would have been better if he never had met him, for who could have known the trouble it would cause.
Charles Williams was tall with light brown hair. He played seeker for the Elegant Eagles and England. He had worked hard and practised seeking most of his life. Charles was 24. To begin with quidditch had been very hard for him but over the years he's flying skills had improved greatly. Charles had played professionally for six years.
"Great catch," shouted Burns, the Elegant Eagles captain, to Charles. The team gathered round Burns. Charles dismounted from his broom and started walking over to Burns. "AARGHH," Charles screamed as he slipped on the mud and landed on top of Burns.
"Oooh Charles, I never knew you felt this way about me," joked Burns fluttering his eyelashes.
The team roared with laughter. Charles blushing scarlet climbed off Burns.
Charles never liking to be laughed at said nothing.
"Right team, you all know we have big games coming up. So we are going to have to train harder than ever before. The teams we will be playing against are the Flashy Falcons, Puddlemere United, Flying Squirrels and...Chudley's Cannons."
"The...the Chudley's Cannons," stuttered Jones.
"But we're not ready to play them," said Smith.
"But they are not back in the country yet. Are they?" asked Charles.
"They arrive back from Spain today," replied Burns.
"I don't get it. What's so good about them?" asked the newest member of the team, Robert Collins.
"Harry Potter, that's what. They haven't lost a game since he has been with the team," said Charles.
The team fell silent.
"Don't worry. I'm sure... err ... Williams will get the snitch first. I mean he has six years' experience and Potter only has two and Williams does play for England. Like I said we will be training harder than ever," said Burns in a somewhat less than encouraging way.
Charles wasn't really listening. He was excited he would finally get to meet his idol, Harry Potter. Sure he was nervous about playing against him being as Potter had never missed the snitch but Charles hadn't got into England for nothing. Charles determined that he was going to win walked back to the changing rooms.
Meanwhile, miles away, seven people landed on solid ground. Each of them dismounted from their brooms including a raven-haired man with sparkling emerald green eyes.
"I'm home," muttered Harry Potter.
