Chapter 1: Legends retold

There is an ancient legend that originating back for thousands of years, told to every new generation. It goes something like this, of a beautiful angel that made an unwise mistake by fallen madly in love with a handsome mortal man. It was a forbidden love that was never meant to have existed, dammed from the very start. When the gods discovered the union between the angel and man, they stripped the angel of her white heavenly wings. While the gods condemned the beautiful enchanting angel to live the rest of her mortal life on earth, no longer would she ever have her wings. The gods however told the fallen angel that one of her future child and mate would save the world but was never to slip from her sweet lips or there would be no hope for humanity.
It was said this enchanting fallen angel, married the mortal man, only to die shortly after given birth to their greenish pale eyed daughter. The mortal man was grief stricken with so much heartache that never would he love another woman.
Years passed for the mortal man, as he watched his silver eyed daughter grow up to look actually like her mother. The beautiful daughter had many suitors to ask her hand in marriage, turning them all down.
Soon the young daughter met a young prince, future emperor of Wutai. For it is written on old decaying scrolls that young lords' name was Kuroki Kisaragi and the young maiden Yuri Zheng.
The young beautiful woman captured the lords' silver eyes. Soon after, they began to meet in hidden places. Away from spying eyes, that wished to do them harm.
Soon however the princes' father found out about an enchanting young woman that had captured his young sons' wondering heart. The emperor ordered his palace guards to seize this young maiden. The princes' father had decided he must meet the young maiden who was in love with his only son.
When the young angelic maiden came before the emperor of Wutai, while watching every move he made. The emperor spoke softly to the young beautiful maiden about prince Kuroki. The young maiden explained how she felt about the prince. The ageing emperor could tell by looking into the young innocent maidens' greenish pale eyes, that her feelings were pure as smooth silk. The emperor told the young maiden that she was to marry his son in three suns. (That's in three days)
Three suns later, the young couple became the new Emperor and Empress of Wutai. They ruled for many suns and moons, several children were born of this union. Insuring future Kisaragi's' would be born for centuries to come.
One small detail that never gotten passed down, that there would be a female born, that she would release her true power in order to save the world with the one man she loves by her side.
Destiny would soon push into motion for Yuffie Kisaragi princess of Wutai and Vincent Valentine ex-Turk to use their powers to destroy the new evil threat aimed at suffocating earth of everything living and breathing.
What do you think so far? I have big plans for this one. It will take a while to finish; I want to get this as close to perfect.
