Late afternoon on a warm summer's day found the Gryffindor and Slytherin students sitting in the History of Magic classroom listening to Professor Binns drone on and on.

Harry Potter could feel the eyes of one of his classmates, Draco Malfoy, boring into him. He concentrated on watching Professor Binns too determined to turn and look at the handsome blonde Slytherin. Harry didn't know how it had happened, but lately Draco was being treated like the outcast of the team of green and silver, and had been being rather pleasant to Harry and his two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. He knew that something was going on, he just didn't know what it was.

Harry sighed with relief when the bell rang to sound the end of class.

"You ok Harry?" Ron asked once they had reached the Great Hall for dinner and he had started stuffing food into his mouth so fast you'd think it was magic.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Harry replied monotonously, as he risked a glance at the blonde mummy's boy. 'God, he really is handsome,' he sighed causing Hermione to look up.

"It's just that you have been awfully quiet today Harry." Hermione said matter-of-factly as she stared at him curiously.

"I've been thinking, that's all." He replied quietly to which Ron scoffed at.

"If you say so, but Harry, if there is anything bothering you, you can tell us." Hermione replied looking on concerned.

Half an hour later when Ron had eaten all the food in sight (still complaining that he was hungry no less) and was now pestering Hermione as she was trying to read a book while she sipped on a cup of tea, Harry felt compelled to go talk to the Slytherin as he saw him arise from his seat to leave the hall. Harry stood quickly, grabbing his bag and running after the blonde boy, hopeful that he'd catch up with him.

Just as Draco reached the dungeon area, Harry caught up with him. "Draco" he called hailing the young boy. He turned around in mild surprise then upon realising who it was, blushed but smiled softly no less.

"Hello Harry," he said quietly. Harry nodded but now couldn't remember what he had been going to say. He needn't have said anything though, as Draco claimed hold of his wrist and dragged himself and Harry into the boys toilets. Turning to face him, Draco moved quickly, placing his lips to Harry's.
