Sheriff Andy Taylor was playing checkers with his bumbling cousin Barney Fife, who was also a deputy, with it being a slow day in Mayberry.
"You think anything is gonna happen today?" Andy Taylor asked Barney.
"Gee, Andy, I don't know." Barney replied as he looked at the red and black checker pieces. "It feels like one of those days where anything could just roll up suddenly."
As if on cue, Popo and Nana suddenly rolled into the sheriff's office, with the two Eskimo kids looking up at Andy and Barney as they seemed to be generally confused.
"Well, I'll be." Andy stated as he approached the two Ice Climbers. "And who do you two happen to be?"
"We're climbers!" Popo exclaimed as he bounced about. "We love climbing mountains!"
"Climibing... mountains?" Barney remarked in confusion as he tilted his head.
"Yeah, all kinds of mountains!" Nana giggled as she was speaking in a rather fast manner while rolling her hands around. "We go climbing on icy glaciers, sandy peaks, and even more rugged-"
"Simmer down." Andy snapped at Nana as she and Popo gulped, folding his arms. "Aren't you two a bit too young to climb mountains!"
Popo and Nana laughed as they then pulled out their wooden mallets and smacked Andy on the head, skipping out of the sheriff's office as Barney gasped, seeing Andy groaning in pain as he shook his head.
"Those two are in a world of trouble..." Andy growled as he pulled up his pants, indicating that he was serious, going into Sheriff mode as he grabbed his belt and left the office, with Barney tripping after him.
