Every girl wants a guy who she can run to in her sweats, make up running down her face, eyes red from crying, and the first thing he says is "Baby, you're beautiful," and means it.
Gabriella ran to the door of her boyfriends house tears streaming down her face.
Troy opened the door.
"Still beautiful…what's wrong babe?" he asked her as she ran into his arms, still sobbing.
"I-I…Sharpay made fun of my hair and my glasses again…" she sobbed and clutched him closer to her.
"It doesn't matter what they think babe, I love the way you look." He smiled at her trying to cheer up, failing miserably.
"I know, I love you for that too, - but I go to that school. Not everyone can be the wildcat superstar Troy Bolton."
He took her inside and she sat down on the couch. Feeling a little stuffy she took off her cardigan and took out her ponytail, leaving her long, curly hair lying messily down her back, making her look even sexier, even with red eyes and sweat pants.
"So? Everyone else in the school loves you apart from Sharpay and Ryan. Ryan probably likes you anyway, he just has to follow his sister around otherwise she'll probably beat him up."
This little comment caused her to giggle a little bit, Ryan always followed his sister around meekly, doing as she told him.
"Do you wanna come out tonight then? It'll be fun." Privately Troy had said this because he wanted to build her confidence back up.
Gabriella nodded. "Ok, s-sure I'll come. At 6?" she said and tried to plaster on a smile.
Troy sighed a silent sigh of relief. He would take her out to a fancy restaurant which would take her mind off of the pain Sharpay was causing her.
"In fact, do you want my opinion Gabi?" Troy said huskily leaning forward to her across the couch and whispering in her ear.
His hot breath tickled her ear and the words were said in such a way that made her giggle.
"You're beautiful."
