A/N: This is a collection of different decisions and/or different outcomes. So they aren't necessarily in the same world. A shorter collection hopefully. This one is "Riddle had won and changed the world into a shell of its former self".

Written for the AU Diversity Boot Camp, prompt #036 – poem. Also written for the 100_poems challenge on livejournal, poem 56/100 and day 24.

Ripples to a Tide
1. Riddle's Utopia

It was not a beautiful world
where they lived,
ruled by a single man.

It was an empty one though,
one well-defiled –
he had taken away all
that displeased him

And only his puppets remained.

There was quiet,
there was peace;
he had his utopia
and he was lucky he was no longer human
to enjoy it.

If he was, he would have been dissatisfied
with it all, for there was no utopia for those
who still existed with the living.
