MaxPOV

"Morning" I say. My mom turns around and smiles.

"Good morning." She says.

"What are we-" I was interrupted by Fang.

" I need to talk to you." He said already walking out the door.

I follow him. He unfurls his wings. I follow him doing the same thing. Then he stops in the woods. "Whats going on."I ask him.

"Just sit." He said.

I sit down. He leans toward me and kisses me. Thoughts were going through my head. Should I just enjoy it? Hell yeah. Responded my voice. So I Did, I leaned in closer. Oh gosh I need air.I got my lips off of his and took deep breaths.

We stood up and left. It was late. It was like 1:00 A.M. When we got back to mom's house everyone was sleeping.

"Good night." Fang said.

"Night." I say.

The smell of Bacon woke me up the next morning. Crap. I thought. I slept in late again.

I shove the covers off of me and drag myself to the kitchen following the smell of bacon.

"Hey look everybody sleeping beauty is awake!" Iggy said.

"MAX!" Shouted a very enthusiastically six year old launching herself at my arms.

"I missed you." Angel said.

"I missed you too." I said hugging her tightly.

"ZOMG, Max guess what?!" Nudge said bouncing in her seat.

"What." I said

"Your mom is taking us to the zoo!" Nudge said excitedly.

Great. I thought. There is nothing better than watching freaking animals stuck in freaking cages. Better them than us. I thought.

"Awesome." I responded with a fake smile on my face.

I give a glance at Fang. He turns around and smiles.

I sit down on my chair and I dig in.

I was in my mom's car,on the passenger seat, going to the zoo. Couldn't me and the flock just fly while mom and Ella drove in the car. No. Every time I asked my mom if we could she would say that we are going to the zoo together.

"We're here!" The Gasman shouted excitedly.

I look out my window and see a lot of people. I shoot a glance at Fang and I know that he knows that I am going to be sick after today.

I gulp. We get out of the car slowly while mom and Ella are waiting for us to come out.

So there I am at the entrance of the horrible zoo.

"Max." Fang whispered.

I turn around.

"What." I said.

"Want to get ice cream." He said

"Um... sure let me just tell mom were we are going."

"Mom." I said.

"Yes." She said

"I'm gonna be at the ice cream place with Fang."

"Okay,meet us at the snakes exhibit when your done." She said with a straight face.

"Okay,see ya." I said exited.

"So what did she say." Fang said.

"That to meet her at the snakes exhibit when were done." I exclaimed.

"Perfect." I herd Fang whisper so soft that I almost didn't hear him.

Wait. I thought. Was this a date. Omg! What if I mess this up.

Just go with the flow Max. The voice said interrupting my thoughts. The voice was back. Great just what I needed. The voice talking to me on this very day.
