First Day Of School:
First day of school is a special time during a child's life.
Noah DiNozzo was the spitting image of his father; he had dirty blond hair and light green eyes. His sun kissed skin equivalent to his twin Caleb, who had dark curly hair and big brown eyes. The boys took on each of their parents features, Noah with his dad's features and Caleb with his mom's features.
The boys were excited to be taking the big bright yellow school bus to school. It was there first day of school; they couldn't wait to see for themselves what the older kids were talking about.
Ziva on the other hand was nervous about sending her babies away, even if it was at school.
'Be brave, it's just school, Ziva.'
"Momma we go to school today." Four year Noah asked. He was dressed in a white polo and khakis, his hair gelled up in spikes just like how his father showed him. Caleb dressed in a three quarter blue button down blue shirt and a pair of dark blue jeans, hair left natural.
"Ken, Noah you and your brother are going to school today."
"Momma, I don't want to go to school I want to go to work with daddy and you." Caleb, Ziva's clone could not leave her side. Since birth Caleb and Ziva shared a special bond the same Tony and Noah has.
Ziva kneeled down to their eye levels, she wants them to know she and Tony will be here when they got back and they shouldn't be scared.
"Listen to me boys, you will have fun at school, and you will make friends, play games and make funny crafts works to show daddy and me. I love you, daddy loves you and we both will pick the both of you up. Okay!" They both nodded knowing their mother never lied (To them).
Walking towards the bus stop, next to the park and line filled with at least 12 kids ranging in the all ages for elementary school was awaiting the bus.
Noah ran up to the line stopping in front of one of their friend for down the street. Unlike Noah, Caleb like always stayed close to his mother, wrapping his small chubby hands around her leg.
Ziva noticed Caleb nervousness and knew when the bus came and it was time to loaded up her little man would have some trouble letting go.
As predicted the bus came and the kids were loading on. Noah was already on the bus and socializing with friends and the ladies.
'Tony would be proud.'
Ziva once again kneeled down to Caleb's eye level.
"Caleb, darling momma has to go and you need to get on the bus." Caleb didn't even budge. His eyes stayed locked on with his mother.
"You know its okay to be scared, I'm scared to let you and your brother go, but I have to. I have to be strong and you too, for me. Can you be strong for me?" Caleb finally gave in knowing that he would be safe and he needed to be strong for his mother, just like his father told him.
"Okay, momma," with that Caleb ran to the bus and walked up the steps and joined his twin brother in the back. He turned around to look out the window. He started waving and blowing kisses to his mother.
The bus took off down the street and turned the corner. Ziva waved and kissed goodbye to her little ones, starting the interior clock count down.
Eight hours until home time.
I wrote this for my mom. The other day we were looking on over my scrape book, (I love scrape booking) and we came upon my school photos. And as they say the rest is history.
This story is about Ziva and her twin boys she had with Tony. I would say Ziva is very OC/ OCC in this story. But I know mothers who read this story will understand. Please Review and sent comments.
Thank you!
