When Luffy breaks into Impel Down he awakens something long thought to be myth. And once awoken the world trembles.
Points to follow:
Impel Down is Azkaban.
Harry once defeating Voldemort is captured and betrayed by everyone except Hermione.
Harry's vault is tied to his blood and thus remains available at Gringotts.
Due to Voldemort, the muggles find out about Wizards and a repeat of the Witch Hunts Begin.
The muggles want to claim the wizards land due to the rising overpopulation and the rising sea levels.
After several years of bloodshed, Hermione and the last of the Wizarding resistance perform a ritual that sends all the wizarding property to the sky away from the muggles.
Hermione puts all her memories of the war and the years after Harry's imprisonment into a pensive that she places in Harry's Vault. (As it is a deposit, she is allowed to do that).
The last goblins turn all the gold in the wizarding world into the One Piece.
The One Piece is placed next to Harry's Vault.
The Last of the magic folk inscribe the history of the Wizarding World and their war with the muggles onto stone using ancient runes.
With the death of the last magic bearing species apart from Harry, Magic rises up in anger causing the world to flood causing the world to change into that of the One Piece World.
After the world changes due to time, Gringotts becomes Raftel which can only be found by following the Poneglyphs due to the unplottable ward.
Harry is Smart! Powerful! And Pissed. His magic has grown as he slept. His title as the Master of Death causes him to stay the same age as when he acquired the last Hallow (19).
Harry saves Ace from being killed at Marineford.
Luffy has to ask Harry - "Can you Poop"
Harry Joins Luffy on his journey to become the King of the Pirates as he also wants to find out what happened to the Wizarding World.
