Author's Notes: Oke, this was written during the beginning of the end of my reluctant Trainiacnessness. It was meant to be part of a larger and more depressing fic called "Nothing's Sacred," but I'm thinking that it might be able to stand alone as an amusing bit of fluff. Anyway, it didn't fit the tone of the other fic and would probably screw with the continuity. So...yeah, here it is.
Disclaimer: They're not mine.
Continuity: Still figuring it out. It might help if I had all the books. Pssh.

Gaia rolled over in bed, groaned, and covered her head with her pillow. She was really beginning to regret her decision to move back into the bedroom with Tatiana. Especially if it meant being forced to listen to Alanis Morisette at - she risked removing the pillow long enough to glance at the clock - 6:57 a.m. Sheesh. Who in their right mind was even awake (voluntarily) at 6:57 a.m.?
"Tatiana," she began as the Russian girl flipped through the hangers in the closet, "out of all the things you hate about America, why does the one thing you like have to be crappy pop music?" Tatiana rolled her eyes, crossed the room to the radio, and pushed a couple of buttons. Gaia enjoyed a few seconds of silence as Alanis' annoying voice was cut off, then -
"Now that she's back in the atmosphere, with drops of Jupiter in her hair-"
"Better?" Tatiana asked, flashing an entirely-too-bright smile. Gaia rolled her eyes and decided that finding a nice, greasy something to eat for breakfast would be more productive than continuing this particular argument. Throwing on some jeans and a sweatshirt, she exited the bedroom.
"Ugh, morning people..."

Tatiana chuckled to herself as she dressed for school, after removing her Train CD from the CD player and hiding it under her bed. She wouldn't put it past Gaia to destroy it just to avoid hearing certain songs. Again.
