This is just a little drabble I put together one night

Moonlit Sun
If I am your Moonlight, then you are my Sunlight,
One shy and mysterious, while the other bright and outgoing.
One only fully coming out once a month, the other never hiding,
But they still manage to shine even on the worst of days.

If I had to choose between Moonlight or Sunlight,
I would choose Sunlight, just so you would brighten up my day.
You might choose Moonlight so I would brighten up your night,
But I know one night it won't work.

We are as close as Ying and Yang,
And maybe even closer.
I love you,
But do you love me?

People may say we were meant to be,
Only if you accept,
Then I will to,
But for now we leave it as is.
