Once upon a midnight dreary, under the dark catacombs of the under ways of the French Opera House, through narrow water canals, lived a man, that world had never once seen the likes of before. He was of average height, had dark brown hair and was of medium build. But his talents were not only confined to his looks. This man held a secret that he pledged the world would never see. His hid his secret under a mask, both literally and behind an astounding musical talent. His voice could serenade even the most cold hearted girl and his playwrights could amaze, not only the audience, but the actors themselves. He knew the voices of the actors and actresses and wrote plays tuned to the best of their ability. He pushed the limits of the opera and still managed to outdo himself, time and time again.
However, it wasn't his musical talents that made him well known.
To the rest of the world, he was known as:
The Phantom Of The Opera
My Dearest Daughter Kristen,
Starting tomorrow, you will be on your way to becoming a proper young lady. You may have completed prep school, but your life has only just begun. There are many things in the world that you will see and experience. The Palace of Versailles, Buckingham Palace, the Cathedral de Seville: these are only a few of the places I foresee you visiting to broaden your sights. There is a whole nother outside of your everyday walls. You will inherit my legacy, daughter. Therefore, it is only right for you to see a glimpse of what your future will include as the future head to my empire.
I will allow you one year. In that one year, you will have my utter approval to do anything you wish. I have faith in you, child, to not ruin your future during this time. The next year will test your readability in the matters of the real world. I truly hope that you will have many experiences during the year: lest you, my daughter, continue to live a sheltered life. So I bid you farewell, now, my daughter.
Good Luck in your travels.
Sincerely With Love,
Your Father
Yeay for short chapter!
This is story for a friend of mine. She loves Phantom but personally I don't care for it. I mean, I loved the musical but I don't obsess over it. I'm really more of a Hetalia and Howl's Moving Castle writer, so if there are any mistakes, don't be too surprised. Like I said, I loved the musical but I don't obsess over it, so I don't know the full background stories and all the details of every aspect of the Phantom of the Opera. Therefore, there are probably going to be mistakes with character personalities and stuff like that.
