Ok in case you are confused, Episode III happened exactly the way it did in the movie only Padme didn't die.
Former Senator Padmé Amidala Skywalker watched as Senator Bail Organa took away her only daughter, her baby girl, Leia. She cried even harder when Bail took her aboard his ship the Tantive IV. Then she felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked up to Obi-Wan Kenobi. "You know this is the best way to take care of her. All three of you together would cause a big light in the force, which would be especially bright considering all the darkness in the galaxy right now."
"I know Obi-wan, but it doesn't make it any easier letting her go." Then Padmé broke down and started sobbing. Obi-wan wanted to comfort her but he didn't know how. He finally couldn't take it any longer he beckoned the medical droid to bring the other baby a boy Luke, to him. Then he looked down at Padmé and said, " It is time to go," she nodded. The three of them were headed to Tatoonie to start a new life they had already made arrangements with Anakin's stepfamily. They boarded the ship headed for Tatoonie, ready to start their new lives.
