Cyrus is a man that many people have feared because he was different and he was powerful. He wanted to create a place so that others like him could hide from the real world and live in their own fantasy one. He created a place that is both a safe haven and a danger zone for all the students at All Power. He has set no limits for the students here, and allows anything to happen. This is his new universe in which he has always dreamed off, and now rules. He allows these things because without chaos there is no order, but there is one rule… and it is about to be broken. No Normal humans are allowed, but what happens when one manages to sneak in?
