"Careful!" Dean cautioned. Sam gripped the tweezers tightly, and straddled Dean's bare foot. The elder Winchester lay on the ground behind Sam, groaning. Sam sighed and patted Dean's ankle reassuringly.
"Next time put your shoes on before you go all die-hard on me," Sam said. With a grimace, he yanked a shard of glass from his brother's heel.
"Not my fault we found a poltergeist with a fetish for broken windows," Dean muttered through gritted teeth.
"...and shoes," finished Sam. He wrapped Dean's feet gingerly, then offered a shoulder to lean on back to the Impala.
