A/N: This is a result of a creative writing assignment that was done for my regular English class. Seriously, I'm doing more creative writing here, than I did in Creative Writing the course… Right. It refers to Haruhi's phobia... actually it's more of a mini really, really mini Haruhi tribute, but yeah, whichever floats your boat (...ship). XD
Keraunophobia:
She is a strong willed person with absolutely no fear to speak whatever is on her mind. She does not bother with superficial images and does not care what people say behind her back. She cares deeply about those she loves and knows more about them than they know about themselves. Her goal is to study hard, but to still leave time for friends. Her only fear, setback, is keraunophobia; the fear of thunder. When the storm clouds float by, she will find the quickest route home and hide in the smallest of places. For those few hours, out of fear, she will neither breathe nor move. She is grateful for the friends she has; they have tried their best to help her cope with this phobia. For example, one time, one of her friends put headphones over her ears and she listened to loud music for the duration of the thunderstorm.
