Grissom looked over slightly amused at Warrick and Nick's antics.

Nick pointed at Warrick as Warrick pointed at Nick.

Nick lifted his fist as a peace offering and Warrick did the same.

Rock.

Scissors.

Warrick pointed at Nick and then gestured to the pool.

Nick sighed. "I'll go in the pool."

"Good," Grissom replied.

Nick glanced over at Grissom. "Don't see why I have to do."

"You could use the exercise?" Gil suggested as Warrick grinned.

Nick shot both of them an annoyed looks. "Laugh it up you two."

Warrick shook his head before going back into the house.

Nick shrugged off his shirt and looked at the pool. "This is going to be fun."

Grissom chuckled.

Nick headed towards the ladder. "Why do I have the feeling, I'm not going to like this?"

"Intuition?"

Nick glanced over at Grissom. "Why am I doing this again?"

"You lost against Warrick?"

"Why couldn't you do it?" Nick asked.

Grissom raised an eyebrow. "We wouldn't have something decent to look at?"

Nick stared. "Don't I just feel so lucky."

"You should," Grissom replied looking over.

Warrick walked back over and looked at Nick and Gil. "How about more working and less flirting?"

Nick rolled his eyes and dived into the water.
