When I was younger i saw, my daddy cry and curse at the wind. he broke his own heart and i watched as he tried to reassemble it.
And my momma swore that she would never let herself forget.
And that was the day that I promised I'd never sing of love if it does not exist.
Ever since I was young my parents have been fighting. Well, that is until they got a divorce. My papa was crying and cursing. My mama said that she would ever let herself fall in love again. And I made a promise to myself that I woud never of love if I didn't have the feelings of love.
