Naruto claimed that she tasted like strawberries, right before she slapped him for stealing her first kiss under the mistletoe.
Sasuke had said with more than a bit of a shudder that she tasted like vanilla ice cream after their first and only date.
Genma had related with a bit of surprise that she had tasted like chocolate covered cherries, and all over too.
Neji had said raspberries.
Lee had said mint.
Sai had said ramen.
And so he had wondered.
"Hey, you missed training! No worries though, I made you breakfast anyway." She handed him a basket of sweet pastries before licking the stickiness from her fingers. His eyes were attracted to her perfect lips as she did so, and a smile flickered across his face.
"Why, that's so sweet. I was just thinking of you, actually." She dipped her finger into the icing on one of the pastries and licked the sweet stuff off again, looking slightly surprised.
"Really? It wasn't much, the other boys all got some too." The smile returned as something closer to a smirk as he pulled the basket away when she knelt down for another taste of icing.
"I haven't even tasted you yet and I think I'm on a sugar rush." She turned a shade of pink bright enough to rival her chin length locks as he pulled down his mask and kissed her.
Mmm, cinnamon.
