Mo's Moment

100 word shot, my first one. Mo, Meggie, Resa, Elinor are all home after the events in Inkheart. This is the night Mo first begins to think that Meggie is too attached to Inkheart. Please no flames, my first one shot.

This is a one hundred word shot after Inkheart, this is my first one so please don't flame. And I haven't finished Inkspell, so don't give me any spoilers for the last two books please.

I stared at my beautiful wife Resa, she was sleeping peacefully. I snuggled close to her and breathed in her scent, she smiled happily. Her hand gripped mine, while she was sleeping. My mind drifted to the past ten years. All the times Meggie and I had shared, and all the times Resa had shared with Dustfinger. I got up and walked to Meggie's room. When I opened the door I found her sleeping silently with a book in her bed. I looked at it and sighed, it was one of Resa's notebooks. I hoped she wasn't getting any ideas.
