For Iroh
There are many kinds of tea and each I like the same-
From oolong to earl grey, white dragon and ginseng
All tea must be served hot and cannot be tolerated cold-
That is one thing I will never stand for, even though I'm old
Tea must be sacred, and savored every sip-
Tea, like words, must be tasted with the mind and never with the lip
All kinds of tea go wonderfully with a bit of pai-sho
A game whose many properties, most never know
So if you favor fine teas, and the ancient white lotus tile
Then come and have a game with me and we will talk a while.
