Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or anything associated with it.

A/n: Well here is the last oneshot that goes with this little many series. I hope everyone likes it as much as the other two.

The Wedding

On the morning of December 17, Draco Malfoy woke, dreading what was to occur later that day. He was still in denial, he knew. But there really wasn't anything that he could do about it. He loved her. He loved her so much that he spent his days dreaming of the life that they could have. He dreamed of a big happy family and the lively home that they could possibly have. However, he was always awakened from these dreams whenever he saw her ring or overheard talk of her wedding.

He didn't even hate that she was marrying a man that had been his enemy for so many years. She after all had been some what of an enemy during his Hogwarts years. What he hated was that she was marrying a man that was not him.

Quickly dressing in the suit he planned to wear to the wedding, Draco apparated to the Hog's Head. Although the alcohol helped some, it never truly made him forget. Nothing could ever make him forge the pain that resided in his heart since the day he first saw her ring. The day the torture had begun.

Shrugging, Draco ordered a couple of beers anyway. Forgetting a little was better than nothing at all. Besides, he knew that he could never watch his love marry someone else if he was completely sober.

Five hours and six beers later, Draco barely made it to the last pew before the ceremony began. He had purposely stayed away as long as he could. For one, he could stand the happy chatter of the other guest as they told one another that Hermione and Potter were the perfect couple. He knew otherwise. He was the only one that was perfect for Hermione. Secondly, he knew that he wouldn't be able to face her today. If he talked to her, he knew he would break down. He couldn't and wouldn't do that to her. She had decided long ago that their relationship couldn't work. She, it seemed, didn't love him as he had loved her. He had promised to stay friends and allow her to move on with her life, and that was a promise he intended to keep, no matter how much pain it caused him.

When the priest asked if anyone had any objects, he was forced to hold his tongue. He saw Hermione pass him a relieved smile, but he kept his face emotionless. If he had his way, he would have been screaming objections left and right, but by doing so he would have broken the promise he had sworn to keep. When no one objected, she was named Mrs. Harry James Potter. This remark brought tears to many guests' eyes. None of them, however, were crying for the same reason as Draco. These were not tears of joy, but tears of sadness. His had lost his love forever. She had just become Hermione Potter, not Hermione Malfoy.

Apparating away before anyone noticed him, Draco arrived at his empty home at Malfoy Manor. Instantly he crumpled to the ground, tears flowing steadily from his eyes. The heartless bastard, as many people had taken to calling him, really did have emotions after all. No one would believe the one man that prided himself in his bloodline was broken hearted by Gryffindor muggleborn witch.

A/n: Well that's it. I hope you all enjoyed reading these three little oneshots. They were fun to write. Please leave me a review letting me know what you thought.
