The spaces between my stanzas wouldn't show up so i have page breaks instead
You're all alone in a sea of faces and
They're blank just like you
The mirror shatters and the blood drips
The fragments sparkle like broken glass
The silver shards reflect
Your state of mind
Broken
In pieces
And now all that can be seen are the fragments of your being
When you shattered yourself,
You shattered your mind, your soul
But unlike a mirror you can be whole again
Let me help you, let me
Save you
We can put you back together again
If only you'd let me in
Why do you deny yourself this?
Can't you see how everything's changed?
This wasn't supposed to happen, it wasn't supposed to be like this.
I know you like I know myself, you're a part of me,
And I know you never wanted it to turn out this way
(where did it all go wrong?)
This isn't what you wanted, this madness, unwarranted death and destruction
(for the greater good)
But who's good? Not yours, not ours, not anyone's.
It's not too late to turn back the clock
(well maybe it is, but the future can still be changed)
The path you're on is wrong, but the solution is simple
Simply step off the path
Find a new one, or if there is none, make one
I can help. I want to help.
Let me help you, let me save you
I hate to see you in pain and
Though you may not know it, your soul cries out to me for this to stop
A phoenix rises from their ashes, stronger than before
Likewise let me help you rise from the ashes of the destruction that happened
And stand by your side to create a better world,
the one you originally wanted
