A/N: I know I haven't updated in a while and if you read my profile at the very end, it says the reasons. So... this one came to my mind after talking to my BFF after an exam...
Enjoy ;)
Jenny sat in her office chair and sighed. It had been a long day at the Navy Yard. Still lots of documents to sign or process. Especially about Agent Todd's death only two weeks ago. And the file about Ziva killing Ari. Jenny turned her chair to look out the window behind her. It was dark outside already and rain was dripping onto the cold glass. But the new NCIS director could still see the reflection of her tired face.
Tired.
That reminded her of him, he who had changed so deeply. He had been showing more emotions now. But now... he wasn't showing the emotions he should. It was hard to watch him braking, falling apart. His face had this lightly tired, unsatisfied expression. He seemed so sad, so unassured since the fateful day in May. Speaking of him, Jenny saw him walking out of the building, pulling his jacket a little closer as the rain hit him. Then, half of a sudden, he stopped in the dim light of the street lamp, looking to the ground. His shouldes began to shake violently, but it only lasted for a few seconds. Then, he looked up to the dark sky, his shourt silver hair hanging wet on his head. Jenny watched, careful not be seen. She was a little shocked when she saw the fear and the strong sadness in his eyes. His lips moved. Jenny tried to decipher the words, but failed. The only words she understood were:
"Why did you take her from me?"
Review, please! *puppy eyes*
