Rin was taking a midnight stroll, along with his cat familiar, Kuro.
A very slim girl with long black pigtails was sitting down, looking up at the moon.
Rin had wondered. Who was she?
Her eyes looked like beautiful blue gems.
She turned around, hearing Rin's footsteps.
"Who are you?" Rin asked.
"My name is Rock." She said plainly, looking into Rin's ocean eyes.
Rin looked back at her, wondering what she was doing here.
Suddenly, he heard a loud growl.
"Was that you?" He asked.
"My stomach's empty." She replied.
Rin felt bad for her, she looked so hungry. Plus, that growl was loud.
"Er, come with me, I can give you something to eat." He said, turning around and walking towards the dorm kitchen.
The mysterious girl named Rock followed without a word.
Once they got to the kitchen, Rin had decided he would cook her something.
"Um, you sit here and wait, I'll be done in 10 minutes." He instructed.
She followed his instructions and sat down.
He quickly made her some chicken teriyaki and served it to her over some hot, steaming white rice.
She ate it very quickly, and Rin smiled because she looked like she was enjoying the food.
"So, um, Rock was it? Do you go to True Cross Academy?" He asked.
She up looked at him, then replied. "No."
"Then, what are you doing here?" he asked. How could she get onto the school property?
"I'm on a mission." She said.
"Oh, okay…" Rin said, scratching the back of his head.
"Will you join me?" She asked.
Rin looked confused, but then, his expression brightened.
"On a mission? Sure!" He exclaimed. Rin had always loved to go on missions.
"Okay." She concluded. "Meet me here tomorrow, at six AM."
And with that, she left.
