A new Romeo And Juliet
She slipped her shoes off and threw her purse on the bed.
Today was the day she was going to tell him she loved him. They had been friends for ever and now she was falling for him. One problem, his girlfriend. She was rich, popular, and head cheerleader. Juliet was in band, not that pretty and didn't have much money.
She looked up as Romeo walked in to his room, the two lived next to each other and when you looked out of one of the rooms you saw the other. Romeo was on the phone, arguing from what Juliet could tell. He sighed when he hung up, Juliet had an idea, she picked up a pad of paper and wrote Relationship problems?, and held it up so he could see, like passing notes in second grade.
He smiled and did the same, he wrote Yeah, drama sucks. 'Your telling me' She though.
Poor you. She wrote with a sad smiley under it. When she picked up her marker to write Romeo I love you, as she held it up he walked out of the room, probably to get ready for prom, or go take a shower. Juliet had planned on going that night just because, but now she had a different reason.
A few hours later Juliet climbed out of her daddy's car and when she payed to get in the girl didn't recognize her.
As she walked into the room, everyone seemed to make way for her. Juliet looked around for Romeo and when she did find him he turned around as if on cue.
He started to walk over, and his sore excuse for a girlfriend grabbed his arm.
"Where do you think your going?" She sneered, while he just shook his head and pulled his arm away.
"You look beautiful, Juliet." He said lovingly. Juliet unfolded the paper she was holding.
"I love you" She whispered. He did the same, pulling a piece of paper from his pocked.
"I love you, too"
